Executive Housekeeper

About This Position

A private family is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to run the housekeeping team of their residence. A working leadership role, accountable for the standard of care throughout the home. The role: - Manage, train, and schedule a team of three housekeepers - Set cleaning protocols and inspect the home to see they are met - Care for fine surfaces, art, antiques, and delicate finishes - Oversee laundry, fine linens, and wardrobe care - Prepare for house guests and reset after entertaining - Maintain household supplies and linens

Requirements

• - Executive or Head Housekeeper experience in a luxury private residence or five-star hotel
• - Has led and scheduled a housekeeping team
• - Expert knowledge of fine surfaces, fabrics, and wardrobe care
• - An exacting eye for detail; leads by example
• - Organized, calm, and a clear communicator
• - Background check and NDA required

Benefits

• - $100,000 – $130,000 per year, based on experience
• - Full-time, on-site position
