About This Position
A growing hospitality group is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. This is a hands-on, on-the-floor role for a driven operator who thrives on accountability and execution. The role: - Lead FOH and BOH teams and uphold brand standards - Own the P&L: labor, food, and beverage costs - Drive local marketing, community partnerships, and private dining revenue - Deliver memorable guest experiences and resolve concerns with ownership - Recruit, train, and develop top talent - Oversee facilities, maintenance, and health and safety compliance
Requirements
- - Proven restaurant general management experience
- - Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership
- - Hands-on leader who sets the tone on the floor
- - Available Thursday–Saturday, holidays, and peak periods
- - 50-hour work week, or as business demands
