House Manager

About This Position

A private family in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced House Manager to lead the full service team of their residence. This is an on-site leadership role; a genuine interest in wine is a plus. The role: - Lead a four-person housekeeping team and a four-person house services team - Oversee the culinary team, which reports to this role - Set and uphold service standards throughout the home - Plan and run dinners, house-guest stays, and events - Manage household calendars, vendors, inventories, and budgets - Serve as the principals' main point of contact for the service team

Requirements

• - House Manager or Estate Manager experience in a fully staffed private residence
• - Track record leading a team of eight or more
• - Formal service knowledge, including entertaining
• - Wine knowledge or enthusiasm a plus
• - Highly organized, with strong scheduling and budgeting skills
• - Discreet, polished, and service-minded
• - Background check and NDA required

Benefits

• - $200,000 – $250,000 per year, based on experience
• - Full-time, on-site leadership position
