Senior Property Manager

About This Position

A private family is seeking a hands-on Senior Property Manager to oversee construction, maintenance, and grounds across their residences. Based on-site in Los Angeles, with responsibility for a downtown San Francisco property as well. The role: - Manage renovation and construction projects from scope through punch list - Act as the owner's on-site general contractor, directing trades and vendors - Handle day-to-day handyman work and minor repairs personally - Oversee grounds, landscaping, and exterior upkeep - Keep building systems on a preventive-maintenance schedule - Travel to San Francisco as needed

Requirements

• - Construction management, general contracting, or senior estate property experience
• - Working knowledge of the major trades, permitting, and California codes
• - Comfortable doing hands-on repairs as well as directing others
• - Familiar with luxury residential finishes
• - Organized with budgets, schedules, and vendors
• - Discreet and reliable; valid driver's license
• - Background check and NDA required

Benefits

• - $200,000 – $300,000 per year, based on experience
